Assistance to reintegrate demobilized ex-combatants into the agricultural and fishing sectors of the Kalemie, Kongolo and Kabalo regions: FAO Project OSRO/DRC/608/DRC. As part of the project, FAO is distributing fishing kits to ex-combatants living near lakes and rivers to enable them to resume fishing livelihoods, thereby increasing food security.
