15 September 2024. Tiquina, Bolivia. Sample of varieties of chili peppers produced in Bolivia. The country has around 45 ecotypes of chili peppers, produced mainly in the valleys. During his visit to Bolivia, the Director General of FAO was able to see samples of these and other foods, preserved by the National Institute of Agricultural and Forestry Innovation (INIAF).
