08 May 2020, Bonbon, Haiti -In Bonbon, Haiti, Hilarion Celestin and a group of local beekeepers are seeing a spike in demand for their honey during this pandemic, as it is a product used in traditional medicine. With help from an FAO project, Hilarion has modernised his beekeeping techniques and increased his honey production.
