Background Information
Qashe’a is salted and sundried small-sized sardines which could be directly eaten or mixed with salad or rice Al Seeb is a coastal fishing neighborhood located on the northern side of Muscat. It features a bustling souq (local market) and fish market which are known popular locations among locals and residents in the area.
