The main objective of these farmer-to-farmer study trips is to promote and develop national potential on effective sustainable non-conventional water use practices for integrated agriculture-aquaculture production systems through the exchange of knowledge, experiences and expertise among farmers from the three studied countries (Algeria, Egypt and Oman).,13 November 2017, Cairo, Egypt - Employee Ahmed Abdlmaksoud displaying a fish at Egyptian engineer Sami al-Zeini's fish farm during the visit of an FAO team and farmers from Egypt, Algeria and Oman, part of the program of Farmer-to-farmer study trips.
