Signatories include: FAO Director-General Jacques Diouf; Mr. Kanayo Nwuanze, President of IFAD and Mrs. Josette Sheran, Executive Director of WFP; Andris Piebalgs, Commissioner for Development of the European Commission; Kristallina Georgieva, Commissioner for International Co-operation, Humanitarian aid and Crisis Response of the European Commission.
