17 January 2020, Mwingi Central, Kenya - Gladys Mwakulima cooks her family breakfast and lunch at her house and farm in Mwingi Central, Kitui County, Kenya on January 17, 2020. Before Gladys was trained by FAO on nutrition, she used to feed her child on rice and noodles. She was in and out of hospital all the time. Her son was 9 months old. Now, at 1.3 years old, Gladys is glad to have met the FAO team, because this nutrition training changed her life and that of her family.
