GUATEMALA, 2025: A young Guatemalan leader checks the results of water management in her orchard 
Chiquimula. Ingrid Ramírez is a 27-year-old farmer and leader who lives in the Cayur River micro-watershed. Together with her family, she has implemented various techniques to reduce water wastage in her crops, with the support of FAO and funding from the Kingdom of Sweden.
