26 June 2023 - Sanbandji, Guinea Bissau - Candedjjo Embaló, a mother of six children, holds cowpeas in her hands. In June 2023, she, along with 53 families from the village, received 50 kg of rice, 20 kg of peanuts, 11 kg of corn, and 10 kg of beans each as part of the Emergency Food Security Program (PUSA) in Guinea-Bissau (2020-2023), a program funded by the World Bank, and implemented by FAO through the Government of Guinea-Bissau.
