Background Information
Urban agriculture to promote food security for victims of the 12 January 2010 earthquake. Emergency relief for 15,000 families living in internally displaced persons camps in peri-urban zones. The project objectives are to improve nutrition, availability of foods as well as living conditions through urban agriculture.
