The men of Iungun village are working on repairing dikes in rice fields.
This is part of a Cash for Work program under the emergency food security program in Guinea-Bissau. This three-year project, with a budget of $11.3 million, is funded by the World Bank and will conclude in December 2023. The implementing partners are the FAO and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
