26 May 2015, Taroudant, Morocco - Hatim Nourredine, Chief, Protection Plant Service, of the Sanitary Food Safety National Office, (ONSSA), checking Citrus production and packaging at Domaine Elboura orchard.ONSSA is the National Plant Protection Organisation and its inspectors verify and give approval for export of the local citrus production. Once verified and approved, a certificate is provided by ONSSA, and packed oranges can finally be exported to foreign countries. Located 75 km from Agadir, the Domaine produces fruit and vegetables in a natural way. Chemical treatments are avoided as much as possible but when unavoidable they are subject to a very strict regulation.
