07 January 2012, Juba, South Sudan - Children roasting maize over a fire. The conflict is deeply rooted in cattle raids that affect at least 60,000 internally displaced persons in need of basic services. Since the conflict started, more than 140 people wounded by the violence have been evacuated for medical attention and many more in need are still in hiding.
