21 November 2022, Maraã, Brazil - A fishermen from the São José community prepare the nets to fish Pirarucu in a lake in the Amanã Sustainable Development Reserve, ( Reserva de Desenvolvimento Sustentável Amanã ). This region is one of the main centers for the sustainable management of Pirarucu fish (Arapaima gigas) in the Amazon region.
