The session, moderated by Aruna Gujral, Director-General of ICCROM, featured Her Excellency Lesego Chombo, Minister of Youth, Gender, Sport and Culture of the Republic of Botswana; His Excellency VÃctor Julio Carvajal Porras, Minister of Agriculture and Livestock of the Republic of Costa Rica; Sara Di Luca, holder of the UNESCO Chair on Intangible Cultural Heritage and Comparative Law; and Lynonah Tausa, Member of the World Food Forum Policy Board. The discussion focused on the areas where youth engagement is most needed to safeguard and revitalize food heritage.
