FAO Project: KEN/99/200 - Environment and Natural Resources Management (Farmer Innovation/New Technology/Income Generation) Farmer innovations and new technology options for food production, income generation and combatting desertification. Objectives: In line with the objectives of the Environment and Natural Resource PSD agreed between UNDP and the Government of Kenya, the overall objective of the assistance is to increase the uptake of farmer innovations and new technology options at the community level for food production, combatting desertification and income generation.
