05 July 2011, Katutu - People waiting in line to have corn and/or cassava ground into flour at an FAO-sponsored motorized mill. The mill, provided through the Purchase for Progress (P4P) Project, is managed by a local committee of community members in charge of running and maintaining it using small fees paid by the community members who wish to use it.
