Morocco, 1960. With the help of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) theService de la Recherche Agronomique et de l'Enseignement in Rabat is carrying cut an extensive research on biological control for the Sumi Pest and for California Red Scale which attacks citrus trees. The specimens received from stations established all over Morocco Area analysed in its laboratories in Rabat. In the laboratory of the Service de la Recherche Agronomique et De l'Enseignement in Rabat, FAO Expert Vittorio Delucchi (Switzerland) Is doing artificial infestation of citrus trees for the establishment of time tables.
