19 March 2015, Capura Community, Bolivia - Quinoa grains. In Bolivia there are more than a hundred types of quinoa but only three of those are put on sale. FAO project aims to create a quinoa seeds bank to study the different types which are not yet on the market. This is part of Project FOOD4, a project in collaboration with the European Journalism Center (EJC), the Italian Foreign ministry, the International Cooperation and FAO, aimed to explain food security issues through articles, maps and photoreportages.
