20 November 2018, Kitale, Kenya - Fish leather clothing and accessories are displayed at Victorian Foods Factory in Kitale. Fish leather products are unique and extremely durable, while also being a far lighter material than cow leather. Victoria Foods employs more than 300 locals to fish the perch, which is then filleted and transported through cold storage to Kitale, where it is processed and shipped around the country and abroad either as fillets or leather products..©FAO/Luis Tato
