The grandson Sabha gets the eggs from the chicken house, assisted by FAO in the area of Al-Ghizlaniyah Rural Damascus. FAO Syria assisted vulnerable beneficiaries (host communities and IDPs) to increase their dietary diversity, improve food and nutrition security through backyard poultry raising for eggs production. FAO Syria planned to reached 3,908 households resident in Sweida and Rural Damascus, who received 15 hens + 150 Kg of feed, in addition to vitamins and minerals.
