15 September 2024, Lake Titicaca, Bolivia. Varieties of oca, an Andean tuber grown at 3,864 meters above sea level in Huatapampa, a highland community of around 576 inhabitants, where FAO Bolivia provides technical assistance for better production. It is estimated that around 30 varieties of oca are produced in Bolivia.
