22 January 2020, Taita, Kenya - Participants of a training day is waiting for the training to start. It is hosted by Green rock farming group. The training will include different farming techniques, facts about a mixed diet with different nutritions and the importance of good knowledge about market demands. The Trainer of Farmers hosts the demonstration farmer, where they do they carry out intensive trainings to the community on some of the good agronomical practices they were taught with FAO. Each lesson is of different crops. In this occasion they have cabbages, potatoes, turnips, carrots and fish farming. Green Rock is a farming group of 14 members, who have been taught on nutrition and the value of a variety of foods. Each memeber have a kitchen garden for substance use, and also crops that they farm and sell as a group.
