29 July 2019, Lattakia. Syria - Syria - Dima Jedeed, from Lattakia Governorate, is a 34-year-old woman working in a small juices processing-unit to support her young children. She looks forward to meet other rural women in Italy to introduced her food heritage and exchange knowledge with them. Dima is ambitious to improve the processing unit's operation by formalizing more variety of products. This will help more rural women to increase their income as the unit's profit will grow.
