Bangladesh, 2020
03 September 2020, Gaibandha, Bangladesh -Mst. Morjina Begum (25) mother of two daughters with husband and mother in law took shelter in the graveyard as her house collapsed in flood and the land was submerged at Dokkhin Digholkandi, Holudia union 3. She is the beneficiary of FAO cattle feed distribution in the flood emergency. She said, my husband used to work in agriculture but all the land is now under the river. We have a rice threshing machine, we earn some money from that in the village and somehow surviving. We lived by the river, suddenly there were many more floods in one day, many families we moved together in one day. Most of our things have been flooded in water. This food has benefited us, at that time I could not buy any food for the cows, I could not save the cows without this feed from FAO.
