A private laboratory for in-vitro multiplication of banana, potato, taro and cassava crops used by FAO. 
Assistance to nutritional status of vulnerable returnee populations in the African Great Lakes Region through mass propagation and distribution of Cassava Mosaic Disease-free planting materials - OSRO/RAF/610/EC. Mass propagation and distribution of Cassava Mosaic Disease (CMD)-free planting materials of improved resistant varieties with technical follow-up and coordination of the activities for the benefit of farming households who have been affected by CMD, coupled with complex emergencies or natural disasters such as drought.
