World Food Day 2022 – Leave No One Behind

Students from Cuba, Egypt, Ireland, Italy and Rwanda unite to spread a powerful call for action through song and dance in the multilingual music video ‘Leave no one behind’. The song focuses on inclusivity and equality, staying informed, respect food through healthy food choices and reducing food waste, care for our planet, compassion and much more. FAO together with GMCBeats, The Kabin Studio, the Greenlands school, Egypt; Glasheen Girls and Boys Schools, the Russian School,; Comandante Pinares School in East Havana, Cuba; École Privée Marie Auxiliatrice and Sunday Park in Kigali, Rwanda; and The Zhonghua Chinese Language School in Rome, Italy.

So for the sake of food no-one should be neglected
Better production and nutrition. Better environment, a better living.

But we see the climate changing
So we should respect our food, not waste it
And Recycle, Reuse,
Reduce the plastic used to pack food

Show love to the world, and donate
in many ways we can participate
Let's work for peace
For the next generation we’re planting the seeds
