Background Information
Fajila Begum, a CBO leader of Ekota Matshochasi Somittee located at Laxmikhola village under Pankhali union of Dacope sub-district is conducting courtyard session in front of their Golda-Rice-Fish farm. Fajila Begum is discussing about women empowerment where most of the farmers are male. She wants to involve more women in this group and women can replicate the technology to their own fields, which help to them empower. Without the power of spending money in the family and the society; women can't get empowered. For spending money; we must need to income and the Golda-Rice-Fish culture is the best option for women as it is homestead income option.
