Residents of Sintchan Botché
26 June 2023 - Sintchan Botché, Gabú, Guinea Bissau
Idrissa Embaló, resident of Sintchan Botché
"The delimitation exercises have allowed for harmony between our two villages, as well as the surrounding villages. It is truly positive for the development of our village."
The conflict between the members of the Sintchan Botché and Manporo villages has been resolved within the framework of the FAO & Guinea Bissau implemented, and EU funded, N'tene Terra project. Specifically, N'tene Terra focuses on building the capacity of land administration institutions, traditional leaders, and communities in land governance and land rights, with a particular emphasis on gender aspects.
